A message from Jerry and Cristie Jo
The philosopher Aristotle said that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Nothing could be more accurate than when God unites a married couple to become a more enhanced part of what they could be on their own. The two, with many dynamic features, bond as one for a greater purpose.
We believe the power and influence of two in marriage, partnering together to utilize their individual gifts and skills, can result in incredible transformation and growth within a marriage, church, business, or leadership team. As a married couple, we embrace this idea and thrive in our love for one another and working together. Over the years, we have intentionally allowed our combined strengths to complement our endeavors while supporting each other's individualities.
We are Jerry and Cristie Jo Johnston. We have been married since 1979 and have spent the past four decades in international media, ministry, academia, and business.
We have a strong family, three married children with ten grandchildren, and our children are leaders. It did not come easy. As a married couple and parents, we had to be intentional about putting the work in to prioritize and protect our marriage and family. Most likely, your family's health, happiness, and future, like ours, is the most critical part of life. And, like us, you and your family have experienced the joys of everyday life while encountering challenges along the way.
We have been on the front lines and behind the scenes, in front of the camera and behind the lens. Our life passions have allowed us to teach and impact audiences on multiple platforms within churches, corporate events, conferences, and academia. Jerry has spoken face to face to over 3M young people on high school and university campuses, which later formed a demographic we studied in our original research.
